Today, deep in the mountain jungle, we hiked for about 15 minutes from our huts reach a beautiful waterfall and natural pool. There, we received a medicinal mud bath, letting it dry before rinsing off by swimming under the waterfall and in the crystal-clear pool where the river flows. It was an incredible experience, the river here is pristine, with the perfect temperature. I’ll film it next time since it was drizzling, and I didn’t want to risk getting my phone wet.

Tonight at 8 PM, we have our ceremony, but first, we will take part in a traditional medicinal cleanse. They will pour water infused with special plants over our heads to clear our energetic bodies before entering ceremony.
